Estimates and quotes
This is the part worth reading properly.
- Submitting the form does not book a job. It starts a conversation. Work is scheduled only when we have agreed it with you directly.
- Nothing on this site is a priced offer. Service descriptions, guidance in our blog posts and answers in our FAQ are general information about how this kind of work is normally done.
- Real estimates come after we have seen the site. Ground conditions in the Panhandle vary a great deal, and caliche, hardpan, rock, buried utilities, drainage and access all move the number. That is why we walk the property before quoting.
- An estimate is based on what was visible and known at the time. If conditions turn out differently once work starts, we will talk to you before anything changes. We do not spring costs on people.
Response times
We aim to reply to estimate requests within one business day. That is a goal we work to, not a contractual guarantee. We run equipment during the day, and weather and job sites do not always cooperate. If something is urgent, call (806) 679-0080 rather than using the form.
Accuracy of the information here
We keep this site accurate and current to the best of our ability, and everything we publish reflects how we actually work. Even so, the guidance here is general. Culvert sizing, drainage design and site prep depend on your specific ground, and an article cannot replace someone looking at your property. Do not treat this site as engineering advice for your particular project.
